 2 Slices Bread
 2 Eggs, Large
 1 tbsp Butter
 Kosher Salt
 Black pepper

In a pan, heat butter.

While the butter is heating, cut a hole out of the center of the bread. Set the center of the bread aside.

Once butter is melted and hot, lower heat to medium high and add the outside of the bread (do not add the center piece you cut out).

Cook the bread for a minute or until lightly toasted. Flip the bread and add the egg to center hole.

Cook until the white of the egg begins to firm, and then using a spatula, gently flip the egg and bread together.

Cook for 30 seconds on the second side and then remove from pan. Serve immediately.
