Classic Candy Corn Jello Shot

A classic Halloween Jello Shot that’s better than the candy.

Ingredients

1 package Lemon Jello

1 package Orange Jello

3 cups Tequila

14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk

0.50 oz Unflavored Gelatin

Whipped Cream

Directions

Combine lemon jello and 2.5 cups hot water in a bowl. Add 1.5 Cups of tequila. Combine until gelatin is combined with a small spoon. Use a small spoon to fill the shot glasses 1/3 of the way. Set in the fridge for 1 hour.

Repeat step 1 with the orange jello. Let the liquid cool after mixing before layering the orange over the yellow (so it doesn’t warp and melt). Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Combine the unflavored gelatin with 1.5 cups of hot water. Stir until the gelatin has dissolved and then fold in the sweetened condensed milk. Combine well and then layer the mixture over the orange. Refrigerate for another hour.

Add whipped cream and enjoy.

Bleeding Margarita

A spooky sour shot that will make your love tartness.

Ingredients

3 oz Tequila

1 oz Raspberry Puree

0.50 oz Fresh Lime Juice

4 oz Pomegranate Juice

Sea Salt, Black or Red Food Coloring

Lime Wedge

Directions

Combine coarse sea salt with black or bed food dye. Run some lime juice around the rim of the shot glasses and dip in the salt.

In a shaker, add ice to the top and then add raspberry puree, pomegranate juice, tequila and lime juice. Cover and shake well.

Strain into prepared shot glasses and garnish with lime. Serve.

Fairy Godmother Shot

A sweet drink with a POP.

Ingredients

½ oz Cotton Candy Vodka

½ oz Limoncello

Club Soda

Pop Rocks, Garnish

Directions

Wet the rim of a shot glass. Dip in pop rocks.

In a large mixing glass, add ice to the top and then mix vodka and limoncello gently with a long stirring spoon.

Strain into shot glasses, and top with club soda.

Add more pop rocks into the drink (for that extra POP).

Black Magic Shot

Sweet and Dark with something extra.

Ingredients

½ oz Espresso

½ oz Orange Vodka

½ oz Godiva Liqueur

Chocolate Syrup, for Drizzling

Sugar Stars

Directions

In a shot glass, drizzle chocolate syrup around the center of the inside.

In a mixing glass, fill with ice. Pour all other ingredients in. With a stirring spoon, gently mix the drink.

Strain the drink into the shot glass and garnish with sugar stars if desired.

Autumn Toddy

A warm coffee drink spiked with bourbon to warm you as the weather changes.

Ingredients

1 cup Coffee (strong)

1 oz Bourbon or Whiskey

1 tbsp Honey

½ tsp Cinnamon, plus extra for sprinkling

½ tsp Allspice

½ tsp Nutmeg

½ tsp Ginger

Whipped Cream, Garnish

Directions

Brew the coffee, add to a tall glass.

Add the bourbon or whiskey to the coffee and stir.

Mix in the honey and the spices, making sure to stir well.

Top with whipped cream, and if desired, sprinkle with cinnamon.
