Ingredients
3 Avocados (Pit and Husk Removed and Diced)
Salt
Pepper
1 Vine Ripe Tomato (Small Dice)
½ Medium Red Onion (Small Dice)
2 Jalapeños (Seeded, Small Dice)
1 Lime (Juice and Zest)
1 tbsp Goya Adobo Low Salt Seasoning
Cilantro (Minced)
Directions
Mash 3-4 large avocados in a mortar and pestle or with a hand masher.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the other ingredients and mix together gently.
Serve immediately with desired accoutrements.
