6fl ozFresh Squeezed Tangerine Juice (Mandarin Oranges may be used instead)
1.50fl ozVodka
2Fresh Thyme Sprigs (Lightly Toasted/Torched)
1Twist of Tangerine Peel

Place the Tangerine Juice* and Vodka in a shaker with ice.
*Tangerines are generally sweet enough, but you may want to add simple syrup to your own personal tastes

Pour out into a martini glass. Twist the Tangerine Peel and place it and the Thyme Springs* in the glass and let sit for 1 or 2 minutes.
*To toast/torch the thyme springs use extreme caution. I recommend using an elongated lighter over a sink. Make sure the Thyme is fresh. If it’s too dry it will likely catch fire and be too burnt.
